    Home Instead Senior Care is a non-medical organization and while a nursing background might be beneficial, it would be far more advantageous to have a good business sense.
  • Can I run this franchise from home, part-time?
    No, a Home Instead Senior Care must be run from a professional office environment and needs full-time hands-on, commitment and effort to grow to its full potential.
  • What will it cost to purchase a franchise?
    The franchise fee is $120,000 including training, systems, software, service system (BOSS) and marketing materials to the value of about $10,000, and accommodation in Tauranga for 2 is valued at $1200. In addition to the franchise fee prospective franchise owners should be in a position to invest a further amount of between $70,000-$80,000 to cater for other usual set up costs and expenses associated with opening an office and establishing a payroll. Our main aim as an organisation is to educate the New Zealand public, and senior related organisations, about the options they have for private pay services due to an expected increase in demand.

    Territory is based on 20,000 people over the age 65 and over within territory. A detailed map will be provided outlining the exact territory. Territories will be established as interest is shown in an area. There are no restrictions on the type of client; however it is important to remember that we are a non-medical company.
