Each year, this award honors one CAREGiver who best exemplifies tireless, compassionate and devoted service to Home Instead Senior Care clients, the company and the community. Directors Neil & Wendy Farnworth wanted to honor and presented the first CAREGiver of the Year award at the 2009 Home Instead Senior Care Conference. The award will be presented annually from now on. CAREGiver of Year winners receive an all-expense paid trip to Hamilton to be recognized during a special presentation during Conference. The winner and the Franchise Owner(s) receive custom-made plaques and the opportunity to say a few words. Portraits of the New Zealand winners can be seen on the Home Office’s “Wall of Fame” in Hamilton.
